Summary
This is a terrific trail running course, it's simple to find and there is no way you can go off course. The trail starts at the gate at the end of Grose Rd, park your car here and away you go. This is a great course for beginners as it is relatively flat with no major climbing and you can choose however far you want to run before retracing your steps to the start. If you do go the whole 6.5km to the end, you will be rewarded with one the most magnificent view of the Grose Valley.
